Who?

Who?

Why?

Once upon a time there was an adventurous young woman who decided to take a chance and apply to teach in a land far, far away. Much to her surprise, she found that the employment agencies she applied to were actually genuinely interested in hiring her and, before she could blink, she was getting a visa, buying a plane ticket, packing her bags, and biting her nails with anticipation. It was a momentous undertaking, this adventure, and the unknown loomed big and fierce before her, its maw all set to swallow her whole. With little more than a heap of clothes, a fully loaded KOBO, her faithful Mickey Mouse and her laptop, she squared her shoulders, lifted her chin, and accepted the challenge. Truth be told, her stubbornness would not permit her to do otherwise.

This blog is an account of her adventures, both before and after her feet take her off and away, and her enduring quest for happily ever after. May you find as much wisdom and enjoyment from these words as she did from the experiences.
